The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company

Main Duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales coordination and administration within a busy export sales team and to ensure a high standard of customer support (B2B)

The Role:
- Handling customer enquiries
- Processing orders and ensuring on-time delivery
- Liaising with other departments regarding product Availability / Quality / Shipment
- Maintaining Client records on the system
- Producing reports on delivery performance, inventory and production plans
- Reporting to the Export Sales Manager

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English + German (Written & spoken)
- Previous experience in Sales Coordination or Customer Services is desirable
- Fluency in additional foreign language would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of numerical data
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in solving problems when required
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate

The Salary:
£22,000-£23,000 p/a + benefits (25-day holiday)
