A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Spanish & French Export Administrator to work for a well-established, dynamic manufacturing business. As the Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will be dealing with Spanish & French customers and distributors therefore must be fluent in Spanish & French. Covering air, sea and road freight for a variety of clients managing international shipments in a fast-paced friendly environment. Job Description:

  • As a Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will manage all documentation including Certificate of Origin, Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading
  • As a Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will be entering orders for Customers onto the system, ensuring all the necessary information for Planning, Shipping & Despatch is complete
  • Entering sample requests onto the system, ensuring they have the all the correct information
  • As a Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will be chasing sample orders with the Sample Bay to ensure the sample requests leave at the right time or is sent to dispatch in time to go with a customer order
  • Logging all Customer Complaints onto the CRM system and liaising with Quality Control ensuring that the customer is regularly kept informed of the status of the complaint
  • As a Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will be entering quotations onto the system for customers
  • Being able to confidently answer customer enquiries via the telephone or email to a high standard
  • As a Spanish & French Export Administrator, you will be providing your customers with all necessary information regarding products. e. carton/pallet information, price information, etc

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working within exports/imports/shipping/logistics is highly preferred however not essential
  • Fluent Spanish is essential, fluent French would be ideal however would consider someone conversational
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
  • Passionate individual
  • Commercial minded
  • Strong communicator at all levels
  • Ideally own transport however this is not essential

This role would suit people who also have the following experience: native Spanish, fluent Spanish, business Spanish, fluent French.

Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: £21,500 per annum
