Our client based in Chapeltown are looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in this newly created position. You’ll manage 4/5 employees reporting via an Assistant Manager and 6 Technicians.
Role Summary: As the Operations Manager you will oversee the daily workings of a Technicians centre and all warehouse operations. This will entail the planning, management and implementation of all work schedules to ensure deadlines are met. You will also ensure warehouse distribution capabilities meet the requirements of the sales department. A large part of this role will be to monitor, manage and feedback in individual employees’ performance.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience of managing and motivating teams. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads, problem solve and ideally a good understanding on IT hardware.
