The Role
To develop and source product ranges which are in line with the brand’s strategy and deliver against KPIs, for the Company and Distribution brands. To co-ordinate the launch of new items in line with the company deadlines to ensure effective launch and marketing. To explore new avenues of revenue for the company, exploring all opportunities and challenging old concepts for new.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Product Development
• Source and develop new products and ranges to find new niches and maintain our point of difference in line with the brands.
• Keep up to date with the latest fashions, trends and themes to ensure we are delivering the hottest lines in a timely manner.
• Focus on understanding global sourcing and finding the best source.
• Attend trade fairs and visit suppliers as required.
• Work closely with the Design Team on New Product Development, to ensure that these are commercial ideas to expand the exclusive range of products.
• Working closely with compliance to understand product requirements and take these into account when selecting items.
• Work closely with design to produce successful packaging briefs and create ranges where appropriate.
Range Planning
• After each season, review the analysis to understand what worked/didn’t work.
• Lead range review meeting for each launch and collaboratively produce range review document with Merchandiser.
