Bid Manager (HR Technology)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

This market leader provides best in class technology solutions to the Human Resources sector. They offer a dynamic and supportive working environment where you will have the opportunity to progress and work with a global client base.

They are looking to enhance their highly successful sales team and are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience managing bids across the HR Technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of all bid documentation
  • Ensure the timely completion of bid documentation
  • Create quality focused bid responses
  • Work closely with the sales team throughout the Bid process
  • Produce reports on bid progress
  • Manage and maintain all bid documents


Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience managing bids ( ideally within the HR Technology sector or similar).
  • Experience creating successful well written bid responses
  • Understanding of a tendering process
  • Ability to challenge others to keep a bid on course
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Management of bid governance
