My client, a market leading industrial equipment supplier, are currently seeking an area sales manager for the South of the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director in this home-based role, the ideal candidate will ideally have knowledge of the heating / process industries and experience in selling a technical product to a variety of customers, such as; consultants, local authorities, contractors and end users. 

Package:

  • Salary – up to £50,000 PA depending on experience.
  • Commission payment on sales of equipment & installation work
  • Company car;
  • Currently VW Passat SE level.
  • Fuel card.
  • Hours of work are flexible to meet client/company needs. Office hours:
  • 08.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday.
  • 45-minute lunch break 12.45 – 13.30.
  • Holidays:
  • 24 +1 (company day) + 8 (statutory holidays) – accrual method.
  • + 1 additional day for each full year of service up to a maximum of 5 days.
  • Pension – Auto enrolment currently 3% employee 4% employer, increasing to 7% & 10% dependant on length of service and age.
  • Sick pay (after 6 months);
  • 6m to 4 years – 20 days in rolling 12-month period.
  • 5 years and over up to 3 months.
  • Life assurance (x2 basic salary).
