Job Title: Supply Chain & Accounts Assistant
Salary: up to £18,000
Location:Borehamwood
This role doesn’t require previous experience, but the drive to learn and build up a skill set is essential. The duties below are all the areas in which you will be trained in.
Duties:
- Shipping and courier quotes
- Organise delivery and collection of raw materials
- Preparing stock
- Instructing dispatch of finished product from global warehouses
- Liaising with manufacturing plants Carrying out stock checks.
- Completion of import/export forms
- Monitoring pending sales and purchase order
- Raising purchase orders.
- Data Entry
- Invoice reconciliations
- Reporting
