Berry Recruitment has a newly registered an exceptional opportunity that has just arisen to join our client based in Harwell as a Commercial Procurement Trainer.

Role: Commercial Procurement Trainer

Location: Harwell

Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday

Salary: £38,000-£42,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be delivering training in multiple locations across the country and on occasions abroad for both private and public sector clients.
  • When not delivering you will be working in the office in Harwell, Oxfordshire and may be involved in the design of training utilising multiple delivery means, including face-to-face instruction, webinars, action learning sets and on line courses.
  • You will be expected to design innovative and cost effective learning and development solutions which deliver tangible outcomes within effort envelopes.
  • You will be working closely with several members of the team including the learning lead, other trainers and Learning and Development Consultants, the Project Support Office and Sales and Marketing leads.
  • ELS are a small family firm who work across the private and public sector.
  • We work within the defence, health, rail and air sectors and are looking to spread our reach within the local Thames Valley and Science Vale areas.
  • We work across the whole of the UK and have clients in the Middle East and Europe. As a small firm flexibility and adaptability are key skills.

Candidate Specification:

  • 3 years occupational experience within Procurement within either the private or public sector Occupational experience within a corporate training environment.
  • Accustomed to mentoring and supporting development programmes
  • Proven knowledge and credibility of the subject Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
