Contract Manager/ Technical Account Manager- Fire and Security

Electronic Fire Alarm and Security Alarm experience please in Management role

This role is to manage the Contract for a few large customers almost as a Technical Acclunt Manager, so helping client and company to service and maintain systems, resolve problems and gain further business from accounts.

AREA - To have a great commute or travel easily you will live in Hampshire/ Surrey/ West London, West Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire or commutable (Bagshot area).

- Role for/ if you are a Security Contracts Manager/ Fire & Security Account Manager

The role will require you to help customers deliver Service level agreements to deliver the right standards and quality of Fire and Security work and contractual obligations

You will help the customer, the internal team and all to communicate and deliver best practice and excellent customer service using your skills in contract management, SLA, KPI adherence and reporting. Your team will design, install and do maintenance/ service of the CCTV, Intruder, Access and Fire alarms on those sites you manage for customer

Account Management skills and customer focus with an understanding of or experience in Fire & Security is key. Would suit Alarm knowledgable Account Manager or Contract Manager or Operations Manager who has Service and Installation Management experience in a NACOSS, NSI, BAFE or FIA type alarm company in UK.

- Requirements to be right for the Account Manager/ Contracts Managers role -

- Great customer liaison and account manager/ service management skills

- Good Maths and literacy skills

- Well organised

- Process driven approach - SLA, KPI and Reporting activities

- knowledge of Fire Alarms and Security systems (CCTV, Intruder, Access control)
