Cleaning Operations Manager - Central London Estate
About the Client:
Our Client are one of London's most well-known specialist cleaning contractors. Due to growth they are looking to hire an Operations Manager to look after an iconic stretch of one of London's most well-known Streets.
About the Role:
Managing a high-end estate incorporating office, retail and commercial sites
Delivering a first-class cleaning service to the client
Operating in the Piccadilly area
Reviewing best practice and suggesting ideas to improve the service provided
Budgets, KPI, SLA responsibility
Preparing Monthly reports for the client
About the Candidate:
5 years cleaning management experience
Industry recognised qualifications are advantageous
Experienced dealing with various supplier and sub-contractors
Will have evidence of managing performance and identifying improvements
Proven ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team of people
Is a people person with a team spirit
Strong commercial acumen
Points of Appeal:
