Chase and Holland are pleased to once again be partnering a successful Nottingham business as they search for a Procurement and Commercial Analyst. This is a great opportunity for an analytical individual who has ideally worked in a distribution or logistics environment.

Procurement and Commercial Analyst responsibilities:

• To provide proactive administrative and analytical support to the Procurement and Planning team
• Being responsible for data management; business analysis; reporting and maintaining product information

• Collating and managing pricing information, price lists, records and IT systems
• Assisting with maintenance of customer agreements and price lists.
• Compiling forecast information based on sales history and current market assumptions.
• Collating forecasts and procurement plans
• Monitoring stock levels versus forecast
• Carrying out sales and rebate analysis
• Providing regular reports on breakdowns of sales
• Supporting and assisting with all areas of product procurement and planning

Key requirements and preferences:

• You will have strong analytical skills including intermediate Excel
• You’ll ideally have worked in a distribution or logistics business
• Procurement knowledge would be highly advantageous
