Our client is a well-established regional Residential Housebuilder with an established pipeline, they require an experienced Contracts Manager to overlook a number of sustainable residential projects predominantly in West Yorkshire.
The company is looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager, who has the skills to push through high quality large volume sites. Essential skills and experience as follows:
* 5+ Years experience as a Contracts Manager for a developer
* Experience in new build residential projects
* Programme management
* Project reporting and contractual management
They are looking for someone with experience as you would be covering the West Yorkshire area, covering around 5 sites at a time and would be needed to help push through challenging but exciting builds on time and to the highest quality. They nationally are involved with the NHBC and consistently are producing 'Seal of Excellence' and 'Pride in the job' sites. So experience in maintaining sites to this quality is essential.
There is a great package available to the right person and would be based on previous experience.
