Air Export Coordinator
Location: Colnbrook
Responsibilities and Objectives
They are looking for an Air Export Freight Administrator to start as soon as possible.
Working in a small team of 4 in total working at Colnbrook, they deal with all airfreight, road and courier bookings import and export.
They are looking for someone who has knowledge of exports by air, imports would be a bonus but they can train you up on imports if needed. the job role will cover all aspects of freight forwarding from booking the collections in the UK to checking delivery schedules overseas.
Responsibilities would include -
- Coordinating air freight export shipments to worldwide destinations
- Arranging collections / deliveries
- Booking with airlines
- Cutting awbs and preparing relevant documentation
- Completing customs entries
- Providing pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Completing post flights
- Helping with the filing system
- Ensuring all customers are kept up to date on their shipments
- Invoicing
- Quoting
Package:
- Excellent basic salary of up to £30,000
