We are recruiting for an Area Operations Manager to work for a commercial property management company. This is regional role covering commercial property across the centre of Leeds

In this role you will act as an influential and leader to coach and develop a large customer facing team ensuring that there is a strong focus on delivering a personalised, consultative approach to our customers experience in every way.
Main responsibilities
To develop a network of key relationships, seek potential new external partnership
opportunities, and work collaboratively across teams to join up our service and to find new
ways to enhance our customer experience.
To design, manage and implement new initiatives, processes and KPIfs to enable a highly transparent, credible and impactful service.
To develop innovative and creative change initiatives that will continually drive and improve our service offering.
To create, implement and manage operational objectives and processes across your region and to
oversee and direct an intelligence based approach ensuring that we meet customer expectations.
To manage costs and budgets to ensure that we maximise both time and value for our
customers.

The person we are looking for
œ Service experience with an emphasis on building communities through supporting the delivery of
events, and meaningful relationships through more formal interactions, ideally from a
hospitality/service/co working background.
œ A Strategic thinker, with proven ability to influence at all levels.
œ The ability to create nonstandard, and innovative solutions
œProven experience of leading strategic change and embedding initiatives around customers and communities
