Our client is looking for an open, friendly, conscientious, lateral thinking and adaptable administrator who will fit into the team at their Swindon facility to look after their parts stock control and levels, arrange shipments and issue parts as well as liaise this with their partners and colleagues at their head office in Germany.

Other duties will include issuing retrofit installation certificates to support the field service teams on the companies behalf and generally support the team at the Swindon office.

Hours of work are either from 8.00 am to 16.00 pm or 9.00 am to 17.00 pm Monday to Friday

25 days holidays plus Bank and Public Holidays

Candidates will need to have at least 2 years relevant experience ideally in an engineering environment.
