Contracts Manager - 12 Month FTC

Your new role

We are recruiting for the role of a Contracts Manager (12 month FTC) in our in-house Legal team. You will work closely with many areas of the business and be part of an excellent team who are diligent and organised.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Primary responsibility for the legal review, negotiation and amendment of supplier agreements
  • Owning the Supplier Contract Process and driving process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Will support a wide range of supplier contracting activity including purchases of: data centre services, IT hardware, software licenses, SaaS, public cloud services, connectivity, business systems, marketing services, general office supplies.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Contracts Manager

To help continue with our world-class status, we need someone who can deliver excellence. As a Contracts Manager you must be experience with working under pressure and have an understanding of the IT Service industry.

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Law Degree
  • Three (3) years’ relevant post-graduate experience in commercial supplier contracts environment
  • Experience of major software vendors service provider programmes beneficial (e.g. Microsoft)
  • Experience of public cloud provider service provider programmes beneficial (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)
