Procurement Manager required
Didcot / Wantage
Base salary up to £50k, 10-15%, Private medical
I have a global manufacturing client that is looking for a Procurement Manager to manage all spend for this UK site.
You will be responsible all direct and indirect spend
You will mentor and develop an enthusiastic team of 3 buyers
You will recognise appropriate opportunities to collaborate with other European Purchasing Managers
You will work closely with technical and R&D teams for supplier selection and raw material procurement
The ideal candidate would have:
Great academics- Degree / MBA / MCIPS
Procurement experience gained from an engineering or manufacturing site
Passionate and experienced people manager
