The Logistics Analyst reports to the Manager, Logistics Analyst Team, and is primarily responsible for being the Operational / Process lead point for high profile and complex Key Accounts. The Logistics Analyst also will act as a subject matter expert for all internal Operations stakeholders in addressing and resolving all process issues related to these Key Accounts, and supports customer satisfaction by delivering effective communication, information and problem resolution.

As part of the Logistics Analyst Team, the position will communicate extensively with a wide variety of people, such as vendors / partners, internal departments (Operations, Billing, IT), Key Account Management and other employees.

You'll have at least 2-3 years experience and a very strong background in logistics for retailers / FMCG companies and experiences in customer service/ interaction.
