Assistant Category Manager Needed

Are you tired up of working the weekends? I'm excited to be working with a large, continuously growing Tech Retailing company, who provide world class training and the chance to grow within the company. This company are currently going through a huge change in their online and application strategy which is what cause this vacancy to arise.

Your new role

This role will sit within the Purchasing and Procurement function and offer you the chance to express your skills and insight to helping the company develop. The role will provide both category management support and financial administrative support to the Commercial team, whilst managing a small number of categories, achieving sales, net margin and rebate budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
This would particular suit a candidate who has a passion for photography / media.

Your character / skillset will need to have:

  • Attention to detail with an absolutely eye for accuracy a must
  • Need a Retail Background
  • A team player who can 'multi task', is self motivated
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup's) essential
  • Purchasing experience is not essential, however the desire to grow within the procurement sector is a must.
