Our client based near Spalding is seeking a Logistics Tracker to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for dealing with high volume driver queries, analysing possible delivery problems, giving directions and additional information for deliveries, liaising with internal and external departments, tracking driver whereabouts, updating systems with information. Previous experience of working in a busy transport office or within food industry planning is essential for this role.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You will be required to work 4 days on 4 days off for this position which will be 12 hour days 8am-8pm. Own transport required.
