Finance & Operations Manager - Part-Time - Creative Start-Up
Location: South London
A creative start-up is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join their team of sociable and hard-working individuals. The role involves being responsible for being the sole person overseeing the finance function and involvement with operational processes, with the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of their brand. This is a chance to be a part of a driven team who have a great working culture and a passion for working within the creative industry. This is a part-time role for 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day finance function
- Cash flow
- Maintain the financial budgets
- Preparation & submission of VAT
- Monthly reporting- P&L, balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Operational tasks- employment contracts, recruitment, reviewing legal agreements
Experience:
- Experience in a similar creative environment
- Experience in a similar role (Finance skills)
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Strong communication and written skills
Additional Requirements:
- Experience of Xero
Salary: £45,000 (pro-rata'd)
