This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading FMCG business based in the West Midlands who are looking for Supply Chain Manager to cover the full end to end supply chain with a focus on inbound. This business is a leading light in the UK FMCG industry with fantastic sales and market share growth. Supply Chain Manager to cover the full end to end supply chain with a focus on inbound
The role will involve:
- Implementing Supply Chain Strategies for the business
- Develop Supplier relationships including activity with third party logistics (3PL) for import and Distribution perspective
- Actively support the business with Cost Saving and flow of product
- Interact and communicate cross functionally with internal stakeholders
- Take the lead and manage adhoc projects
- Develop Business case and measure project adjustments where necessary
The Candidate will be:
- Have a strong background in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Great Planning and Organisation Skills
- Strong in Excel including VLookups, Pivot tables and IF statements
- Able to comfortably communicate with senior stakeholders
- Hi Level of energy and drive
- A Willingness for personal development and progression
