Our client, a busy freight forwarder is looking for an Export Operator to join their office in Rochester.

Job Roles

Dealing with exports for both sea and airfreight
Arranging export customs clearance, VGM
Sending B/L via inttra, airway bill instructions, sea and air
Good customer service and good phone manner as dealing with customers day to day
Liaising with shipping lines / airlines with regards to charges, checking invoices
Invoicing customers and arranging door deliveries via agents when required
Freight forwarding experience minimum 3 years
