We are a rapidly expanding fine food company with a proven online sales model operating across multiple global marketplaces. 

You will be responsible for continuing to drive our dramatic growth in online sales, you will be rewarded with a great working environment and an uncapped profit related bonus structure. 

The Amazon Marketplace Manager Role:

We are a fast growing fine food company, based in the Cotswolds, with more than 8 years of strong and consistent year on year growth in online sales. 

We are recruiting an online sales manager that can build our business across multiple international marketplaces. You will be responsible for continuing to grow our existing Amazon marketplace sales by > 50% per annum, as well as identifying and implementing the ongoing roll out of our branded products on other global platforms.

The successful candidate is expected to have a solid working knowledge of trading on Amazon FBA and preferably WooCommerce sales platforms. As a data-loving, target driven individual, the successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of driving revenue and profit growth through online sales. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the purpose of the Amazon Marketplace Manager will be to increase the sales of TruffleHunter products through Marketplace channels such as Amazon FBA and new ecommerce platforms internationally.

Amazon Marketplace Manager Key Accountabilities:

+ Continuing to drive online sales growth across existing Amazon FBA channels and our own TruffleHunter websites 
+ Researching and developing new online markets and sales channels. 
+ Responsible for all PPC and Amazon Advertising campaigns 
+ Delivering online sales targets of £2-3m per annum whilst optimising profit margins
+ Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create and implement content 
+ Optimise content through A/B testing campaigns across all e-commerce platforms
+ Building a strong working relationship with other members of the sales and marketing teams across locations 
+ Maintaining product listings and live site content across all e-commerce platforms
+ Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries across all e-commerce platforms
+ Monitoring competitor activity to ensure that the platforms compete competitively in terms of pricing and performance

Required Skills & Experience:

+ 3+ years’ experience in Amazon FBA management & preferably WooCommerce
+ 3+ years’ experience in PPC and Amazon Advertising
+ Demonstrable experience of fast growth online sales
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills 
+ Strong spreadsheet modelling skills 
+ Strong working knowledge of SEO & Google Analytics
+ Highly organised approach, ability to pro-actively manage workload, prioritise and multi-task
+ Strong analytical and commercial skills
+ UK driving License (due to office location)

Remuneration Package:

+ Base Salary: £35,000 
+ Commission: £10,000 PA uncapped with expectation of significant year on year growth
+ Pension
+ 28 days Holidays inclusive of Bank holidays
+ Hours of work 8.30-5.00pm
