Warehouse Manager - Widnes
Salary - £32,000
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm & Saturday 8am - 1pm
THE ROLE:
To efficiently and effectively manage the warehousing and distribution function for the Distribution Warehouse. You will be responsible for ordering and managing stock levels to optimise availability and stock valuation. Ensuring distribution of products in the most efficient and cost effective manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To be appointed to this role, the following are minimum requirements:
You must have experience of:
supervising or managing a team of people
commercial tyre experience
managing customer expectations and demands to provide outstanding customer service
working under pressure often to tight deadlines
working to defined key performance indicators
The following experience is desirable:
warehouse management experience would be advantageous
high level of numeracy
working in a fast paced warehouse environment
