PTS Consulting is looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our London based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual, who works well in a target driven environment, support the business by managing the creation of proposals.

This is a cross-functional role, encompassing commercial management, bid management and contractual activities. The candidate should have exceptional people management skills, the ability to liaise with and confidently influence stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work cross-functionally. As part of a global organisation, access will be provided to international resources to help drive commercial activity and process.

You will have the following experience:

  • At least five years experience of Bid Management in IT consultancy or professional services
  • Writing, producing and managing formal Bids (e.g. PQQ/RFI, ITT/RFP)
  • Managed multiple Bids at one time
  • Educated to degree level
  • Responding to formal tenders within the financial and public sector
  • Reviewing contracts

Skills required:

  • Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Well developed analytical skills
  • Sound commercial acumen - challenge constructively
  • Language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage
