Your new role

This position will expect you to deliver an extremely high level customer service by ensuring delivery is completed both on time and in full correctly right first time along with ensuring the production is operating as efficiently as possible. It is also a requirement that to have a key role in the development of team leaders and optimising all manufacturing activities to manage them in achieving the company targets. To improving efficiency in processes and productivity along with the systems currently in place is an absolute must. As this is of paramount importance when monitoring performance and implementing change where necessary. It is incredibly important for to implement a culture of consistently high quality is key and continuous improvements are expected.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for some who is decisive whilst remaining calm under pressure. Someone who is an excellent communicator that has an excellent business acumen coupled with being highly organised and an excellent problem solver. You will not be successful in your application if you are not experienced in Operations Management

What you'll get in return
A competitive salary of £50,000 + depending on the candidate's previous skills and experience.
