You will execute the purchase and inventory management of product groups in order to meet customer requirements and customer satisfaction, with focus on service and achieve cost leadership. Working from modern offices in Wilmslow with free parking, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

As a Supply Chain Planner
- You will ensure customer products supplies follow the most cost-efficient supply chains for optimum product competitiveness at region of application
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers
- Manage inventory across 12 warehouses - lead times, availability for sales, bad/aged inventory etc
- Monitor shipments to customers
- Avoid out of stock, customer delays and excess inventory
- Communicate clearly to all departments, customer and supplier requirements and costs
- Handling non-conformances
- Reacting to change in demand from sales teams and customers
- Working to targets
- Using SAP
What we look for in a Supply Chain Planner
- Essential experience working in a supply chain role is required.
- Good level of education
- Strong organisation skills
- Adaptable and flexible, able react or change plans based on business requirements
- High attention to detail
- Experienced working in a fast-paced reactive role
Package - Supply Chain Planner
- Annual company and personal performance bonus
- Salary £22000 - £24000
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5 (35 hour contract)
