Out of hours service:
Standby: No more than (1 in 7 weeks) including weekends

Managing services, improving homes
Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester. They want to provide great homes, in good neighbourhoods and their Homes Team play an important role in this.
The Homes Team is made up of skilled trades people who provide all their property services in customers home. They are all very important people, who help them to do what matters for customers and deliver fantastic services for them.
They need an experienced manager to join the team who will take responsibility for managing one of their newly formed responsive repairs and empty homes delivery teams.
They’re looking for someone who will take pride in delivering a fantastic service for customers. Someone who can lead on change, improve services and value for money, and support colleagues to learn and grow.
So, if you have a primary trade background and have successfully led and delivered a similar service in the past, they’d love to hear from you.
