Role

A new major name in the East Midlands specialist recruitment market require additional fee earning consultants for their expanding team. Due to increased business levels as a result of exceptional service and old fashioned hard work they are now seeking impressive individuals to join them. As well as taking market share they are now reaping the results of a growing economy and need you to help profit from such growth. The business has a track record of success across both interim and permanent disciplines delivering supply chain and procurement professionals to the public and private sector. The role will suit somebody who has exposure to the Supply Chain & Procurement arena or HR . Someone who will be able to demonstrate the skills and behaviour needed for successful client engagement, retention and fee generation coupled with knowledge of working on PSL driven accounts. You will also have the experience to develop new business from a 'warm' client base. The business is founded upon building Relationships with existing clients - and consequently they do not expect their consultants to spend their days 'coldcalling' and engaged in telesales. Experience

Some recruitment experience will be required but full training and support will be given
