Mechanical Contracts Manager, Exeter / South West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a national leader within the services sector.
Girling Jones are recruiting for a Mechanical Contract Manager to join a leading Mechanical, Electrical Building Services Contractor overseeing a broad array of works based out of their Exeter office. You will be joining a progressive business and a bright future as they embark on their next phase of further development and progression.
Your new employer,
- National M&E Contractor with a history of delivering complex M&E projects, multi technical services provider delivering a broad range of services from installation (building services) through to both hard and soft FM delivery.
What you'll need to succeed,
- A strong background in project management or contract management and a proven history of HVAC / mechanical building services.
- HND, HNC or equivalent in mechanical / building services engineering
- A proven history of delivering mechanical projects as a sub-contractor
