We are seeking a Team Assistant/Office Operations Manager to join this vibrant, friendly and inclusive creative Tech Company in the City. Working in one of their London HQ (they have multiple locations) you will have the opportunity to support their incredibly approachable CEO as his Assistant and be responsible for the overall running of the office in London and another Greater London site (3-4 days a month). No reception, they are in a serviced office so this part is done for you!

You will have the opportunity to support with diary management, meeting organisation, expenses management, booking travel and accommodation, document production, running the London office on a daily basis with duties such as being the point of contact for facilities requests, managing vendors, assisting with the on-boarding of new hires, liaising with the IT provider to planning in-house or off-site activities like team parties, celebrations or conferences!

Overall a role with a great work/life balance, they understand the importance of a community feel to the environment, are introducing happy hours, organise regular social events and value their staff overall. This role is available due to promotion!
