RZ Group are working with a highly successful Export Trading client based in Knutsford. Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for an ambitious and competent Mandarin and English speaking individual to join the company as a Junior Export Trader.
No prior experience necessary, the ability to speak Mandarin and a keenness to learn will be the key to your success. The goal will be to build strong relationships and liaise with senior employees throughout the organisation.
About you:
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills
Strong ability to learn different product specifications
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with senior staff in the China office on a daily basis interpreting Mandarin based content into English.
* You will assist the logistics team in tracking orders, spotting and correcting errors on export documentation,
* Negotiate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure that the best rates and services are achieved
* Liaise with Chinese clients to ensure payments and logistics schedules are met
* Developing and eventually taking ownership of client accounts, following problems through to resolution
