Sales & Logistics Assistant | Fast-Growth Beverage Retailer| London
Harmonic are proud to be working with one of the fastest growing beverage businesses on the hire of a Sales and Logistics Assistant. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an individual who can support the sales teams and manage the order process.
The company is a key supplier of many high-end hotels, restaurants and offices. Based in London in a luxury office space, the company prides itself on an extremely non-corporate and friendly culture which encourages communication and collaboration.
Working alongside the Sales Director, you will have excellent training and coaching which will allow you to rapidly gain expertise. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, confident and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer requirements are met
- Process and input sales and purchase orders on to the system
- Raise invoices and manage invoice reconciliation
- Work closely with the warehouse to schedule and manage deliveries
- Managing the full order process including providing information on dispatch and delivery
- Working alongside the sales team to provide support when needed
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Strong educational background
- Experiences in a sales/logistics admin role
- Excellent communication details
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn
- Attention to detail
- Good Excel and Word skills
Salary: £24,000
Start date: ASAP
