Senior Procurement Manager - Construction/ FM / Hard FM/ Soft FM
Allen Lane are currently partnering with a client who are a leading multi-discipline construction consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Procurement Management and Contract Management services across all aspects of construction. They have been appointed to work on a number of high profile major infrastructure projects, both in London and the Midlands. As a result of me client are in search of skilled Procurement & Commercial professionals both in both locations.
This Construction Procurement Manager role will sit within a Project team and activities undertaken will include;
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies for work packages
- Drafting tender documents including works information (NEC3) and ensuring the documents are commercially robust
- Leading tender processes within OJEU
- Raise Procurement's profile and build relationships with key stakeholders through regular and targeted communications
- Experience within the rail industry would be advantageous but not essential.
