Export Sales Support Administrator - Alton

£25,000 - £28,000 + benefits

This leading global manufacturing and export business is looking for an Export Sales Support Administrator to work within a small team, providing office based support to the Regional Managers and ensuring a quality and consistent approach to Export Sales Support across the business.

Duties to include producing quotes and reports, ensuring the timely export or orders, dealing with customer queries and complaints and all other sales support duties.

The ideal candidate will be organised and efficient with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Must have previous experience of international sales administration across Asia Pacific, EU, Africa and Middle East territories and working knowledge of letters of credit and Inco terms and a 2nd European language (ideally French or Spanish) would be a big advantage.
