We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-ordinator for our client, who specialise in the repair and distribution of high-tech electronic equipment for major contracts/customers.

As a Logistics Co-ordinator, your duties will include:

  • Install pack Co-ordination.
  • PV Kit Co-ordination (Management, shipment Co-ordination & Expediting).
  • Support the Logistics Co-ordinators with their daily tasks.
  • Liaise with the local warehouse and internal partners to arrange shipment of urgent parts.
  • Communicate regularly and pro-actively with internal partners regarding status of shipments.
  • Deal with any discrepancies.
  • Work with couriers on fastest resolutions.

An ideal Logistics Co-ordinator will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent English, both Written & Verbal.
  • 1- 2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Outstanding Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables and graphs.
  • French written & verbal (desirable but not essential).
  • Passionately focused on the customer.
  • Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable to work in a challenging, faced paced and changing work environment.

Additional Information:

In return, the successful Logistics Co-ordinator will receive a salary of £19,000- £20,500 per annum. You will also receive excellent benefits, such as 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with 1 day extra for every 2 years of service being accrued up to a maximum of 35 days.
