Construction Contracts Manager – Our Client is a successful Felixstowe based construction company working on a range of domestic and commercial contracts across Suffolk.

Currently looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to join their pro-active forward-thinking management team based in Felixstowe.

As a Construction Contracts Manager your key duties will be:

  • Contract drafting & negotiation
  • Experience with drafting Risk Assessments and other Health & Safety Documentation
  • Maintaining all contractual records
  • Following all implemented procedures
  • Meeting with current & potential clients
  • Agreeing budgets & time scales
  • Being a contact between various parties.
  • Ensure service delivery meets financial targets and operates within agreed budget
  • Ensure plans and processes in place to prioritise & delegate workloads to achieve contract objectives
  • Develop customer relations in order to maximise perception of the business and maximise future commercial opportunity

Skills

  • Ability to balance workload and organise work
  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Holder of a Full UK Drivers Licence

This is a full time position offering a salary band of £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) with a company vehicle and performance related bonus. If you have the relevant skills and experience please apply by forwarding an up to date CV as soon as possible.
