Are you a trainee Purchaser or Buyer within the Manufacturing or Production industry?
Are you currently seeking a new challenge?

Here at Lyons personnel we are working closely with our client to secure the ideal candidate, Who can ideally hit the ground running as a motivated Purchaser/Buyer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supply of all materials, stationary, and stock for the engineering department, Including entering all ingoing and outgoing stock.
You will ideally have experience in obtaining the best quality materials, and achieve the lowest price where possible.
In addition you must have good communication skills as you will be liaising with different members of levels of staff from Management to warehouse, therefore a good working relationship within these departments is essential. You will also be required to act on behalf of the supply manager in their absence to represent the company.
Other duties include, But are not limited to:
Raising Purchase orders
Sales Negotiation
Stock counting
Audit
Handle complaints if required
All applicants will be required to produce their right to work in the UK.
