Our client is a successful and rapidly growing Aesthetic company Headquartered in France. Having just set up offices in Mayfair, they are looking for a PA & Office Manager to support the Country Director, and join their busy and growing team!
JOB ROLE: Suppl Logistics / PA / Office Manager
COMPANY: Aesthetic / cosmetic
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
SALARY: 25 - 30K
LOCATION: Mayfair
CULTURE: Growing, innovative
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Logistics
- Working with the Sales team
- Dealing with client enquiries over the phone and via email
- Preparing orders / packaging
- Billing customers
- Checking the product
- Dealing with any customer issues
Events Coordination
- Organisation of workshops
- Organise / schedule meetings in England and in France
- Coordinating events from start to finish
- Diary management
Office Managment
- Ensure office supplies are stocked
- Manage switchboard
- Meet and Greet clients / customers
- Provide refreshments
- Prepare Board Rooms
- Ensure that the office is kept clean and tidy
- Deliveries
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- French conversational
- Microsoft Office confident - Excel and Outlook
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
