As a Parts Procurement Manager, your Key Objectives will be:

To head and Manage a busy procurement department.

Manage and Direct 1 other person under your control.

Negotiate supply terms.

Accurately input data and manage by means of reporting via Management System.

Communicate with other heads of departments.

Attend Morning Production Meetings.

Proactively Manage supply within set targets and SLAs

Professionally engage and Communicate with suppliers.

Professionally engage and Communicate all work colleagues

Deliver a superior parts service to all customers, both internal and external

Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and parts objectives through a well-developed and motivated parts team

Achieve an acceptable market share, through maximum sales of parts to trade and retail outlets and other dealership departments

Maintain agreed profit margins and return on investment

Ensure departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Work Experience;

Experience in the Accident Repair / Motor part procurement.
