Are you an experienced Purchasing Administrator looking for a new role?
Do you have Purchasing/Admin experience within a manufacturing setting?
Due to expansion, Kingscroft have been asked to recruit an experienced Purchasing Administrator on behalf of a growing manufacturing client of ours in the Bloxwich/Walsall area. The role itself will be working in a busy office under guidance of the Technical and Purchasing Manager. The ideal candidate will have purchasing experience as well as a good background in administration for a similar manufacturing business. My client manufacture conservatories, windows and doors for a range of customers across the country. Experience of purchasing, scheduling and invoicing is key for this role and my client are seeking somebody to start almost immediately. For the ideal Purchasing Administrator, my client are looking to pay a salary around £17k-£19k per annum.
Duties for this role include:
- Placing purchase orders.
- Scheduling of deliveries/orders.
- Invoicing when required.
- Issuing production paperwork.
- Liaising with other departments
- Collating purchase orders with required notes.
- General administrative duties.
- Assisting with customer service and complaints.
This is a key role within the business so my client seek somebody with a good working attitude as well as somebody who has pride in their work. This role requires a lot of accuracy and attention to detail when ordering the right stock. For the right candidate, my client are offering a competitive salary of £17k-£19k Per Annum as well as opportunities for overtime during busy periods.
