Do you love LOVE events? Do you LOVE music? Do you love the planning and detail of events? Our client is looking for an amazing Logistics administrator that has is highly organised and has an amazing eye for detail.

This role involves organising every single aspect of an event:

  • Briefings with acts for all bookings
  • Being the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and artists in the lead up to and during events.
  • Liaising with clients, venues and suppliers to finalise all event details, including timings, hospitality, setlist requirements, technical requirements, accreditation etc. and communicating to artists where necessary.
  • Inputting event details into the booking system and ensuring it is up to date and accurate
  • Sending out itineraries to artists for every event, and following up with verbal briefings to both the Acts & the Client.
  • Arranging production and liaising with external suppliers.
  • Booking all travel arrangements for international events, or assisting the client when logistics are arranged by them.
  • Providing logistics support for events, showcases & other non-standard events.
  • Additional admin, including completion of risk assessments, supplier contracts, tenders etc.
  • Keep up-to-date databases of logistics information such as PAT certificates, PLI, passport information, riders, Act’s personal information etc.
  • Being on call for any issues - this doesn't include attending events and only called if there is a problem - which there won't be if everything is done correctly in the first place.
