PERMANENT POSITION - OPERATIONS MANAGER - BOURNEMOUTH
Salary £26,000 - £30,000pa
Our client a fast paced and growing company based in Bournemouth and working in an exciting and innovative sector is looking to recruit an Operations Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a close knit team. The role will be very varied and no two days will be the same. You will be involved in all aspects of the business to make sure that the business is operating efficiently and effectively.
The role in Bournemouth of Operations Manager will include the following:
- Managing the Warehouse Team
- Providing support to the Office Team
- Organising Logistics
- Management of Casual labour
- Management of Stock Invetory
- Health & Safety
- Budgets/ meeting financial targets
- Ensuring the business operates at all times within their values.
- Helping to drive the business forward and increase profit
For this role you will need to be highly organised, efficient, driven and motivated by success.
