Our client, a multi-national corporation specialising in electrical component manufacturing and sales is recruiting an Administrator for their Supply Chain department. Following a recent restructure, this role presents an exciting opportunity for someone currently working within administration and someone that wants to grow in their career.
The main purpose of this role is to offer administrative support to the Supply Chain Coordinators. Which will involve creating and running reports, gathering data from systems, maintaining and setting up data via SAP and collating discrepancy reports.
Job responsibilities: -
- Daily running of invoices and corrections
- Co-ordination with 3PL warehouse for quality issues and shipment and delivery problems
- Update internal databases for control of inventory and stock levels
- Input stock movements into SAP system
- Maintain schedules from customers manually using SAP
- Organise meetings and facilities as required, agenda control, creation and circulation of minutes
- Daily reporting
Essentials required: -
- 2 years administration experience
- Intermediate level excel skills, to include a sound knowledge of v look up and pivot tables
- Working knowldeg of SAP is desirable
- Must be mouldable and willing to learn
- Attention to detail is key
- Must be able to work in a team
- Sound knowledge of all other MS packages
