Head of Supply Chain

You will be joining the business to drive efficiencies into all areas of the business - focusing on delighting the customer is key so you will given a wide remit to tackle any areas that are under performing. Working closely with everyone from the factory to the Board you will be expert at engaging with a wide audience and creating a collaborative and cohesive approach to managing change.

You will have been operating with the Supply Chain at a senior management level and be able to present compelling evidence of your impact in your previous employers - and translate these into cost savings, efficiencies, time saving etc. The role is based just outside Peterborough but you will need to regularly travel to all their UK sites to deliver your role to the maximum. You will be working with a range of project sponsors and project teams so will need to demonstrate your versatility and adapt your style to suit your audience.

You will need to be comfortable in crunching the numbers and scrutinising the detail - the organisation will do the due diligence to ensure the numbers support the decision making. You need to be comfortable working with complex numerical information and delivering insight taken from a range of different metrics and measures.

You will be joining the business at an exciting time - recently two businesses have merged into one entity so there are plenty of projects to kick off and deliver a return fast.
