A fantastic new opportunity for a dynamic procurement professional to join a busy manufacturing organisation as a Supply Chain Analyst, to manage the demand forecast and to assist with the delivery of optimised inventory levels, cost management and agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Analyst;

Develop and maintain a demand forecast, utilising relevant inputs from the business, and challenging to ensure optimal forecast number is reached.

Ensure effective communication is established and maintained with all key stakeholders.

Report status versus agreed KPI's, providing analysis, agreeing a way forward and driving resulting action plans to address problem areas.

Manage forecast to assist with minimal write-off and timely introduction of new products.

Manage continuous improvement activities to ensure that demand management process, tools and systems are developed to provide the most accurate forecast possible.

Personal Specification of the Supply Chain Analyst;

Supply Chain experience is essential.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent IT skills including Intermediate /Advanced Excel skills.

Good working knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.

Ability to effectively prioritise workload.

Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
