Contracts Manager

You will be the contracts manager in a team consisting of QS’s and site managers, running two to three contracts at a time and controlling all aspects of the scheme from winning the project through delivery and 12 months defects. You will be responsible for all design development, programming, Health & Safety, client liaison, build quality, etc.

Our client work on schemes worth between £500k - £6m and current turnover is £12m. They deliver projects within the commercial, healthcare, education and residential sectors. Our client are determined to build relationships with their clients and currently obtain around 75% of their business through existing customers. They have a very high staff retention rate, are financially secure and are keen to promote from within.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Have experience in the aforementioned sectors
  • Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Hitchin and work across the South.

Salary/Package

£55k - £70k per annum plus package.
