Your new role

• You will provide procurement solutions to customer requirements; including recommendations on product items and alternative available products.
• You will expedite purchase orders; by request and based on achieving best price/maintenance of appropriate stock levels
• You will manage and develop suppliers, to include the implementation of specific supplier agreements.
• You will develop, implement and deliver specific product and supplier strategies for assigned categories.

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 3 years' experience within a commercially minded, procurement position.
• Experience in developing plans/strategies that have delivered improved quality, value for money and supply chain improvements
• Strong commercial skills and highly developed analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Degree educated beneficial
• CIPS qualified or currently working towards beneficial
