THE COMPANY
Working with one of the leading e-commerce market places to produce strategic actionable insight that enables the organisations trading team to move ahead of the competition.
THE ROLE
As a Category Manager, you will provide a strategic view. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage a team to produce insight in a fast-paced environment, to category teams.
- Work alongside the business partner making sure a comprehensive and robust view of customers, trends and competitors are shared with the wider business.
- Implement a highly visual approach to displaying analysis with a strong emphasis on automation to enable self-serve.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A successful Category Manager will have:
- Degree level or higher in a numerate subject from a top 10 university.
- Strong team management skills and experience of building a high performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to proactively network across functions and influence at all levels.
- Expert in SQL and advanced Excel.
